RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Do to the nature of the items, we do not accept returns/exchanges. 

DAMAGED ITEM

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item please contact shopsweetjuliette@gmail.com within 48 hrs of receiving and we will be happy to organize a refund in store credit or exchange at no cost to you.

LOST/STOLEN 

Sweet Juliette is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Please contact your local post for tracking information on your missing package.

We highly recommend keeping your tracking number once your order has shipped!

AFTER PLACING AN ORDER

We cannot cancel orders once it has been placed. 

We cannot change the shipping address, billing address, or payment method once and order has been placed.

 

**Please note colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings. Also note that due to handmade nature of bows, slight variations, particularly with pattern/pattern placement may occur.**
